We are a private home care company offering premium personalized care to our clients in any setting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We start with scheduling a free no-obligation health & wellness evaluation conducted in-person by our Director of Nursing. She will listen to what’s important to you and tailor a plan of care that suits your personal and healthcare needs. We can and do provide expert, compassionate care ranging from as little to 1 hour of care a day to round the clock help & support. Every care plan is different and can include things like companion care, home support, transitioning from hospital to home, personal care and skilled nursing care. Many of our caregivers are specially trained in providing care to clients with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.
Our nurses and caregivers are fully screened, insured and bonded with a minimum of 1 year experience. We can often start care on the same day you call and we have staff that speak many of the languages heard around the GTA.
To be sure that we are completely meeting your needs, we will check in with you and your caregiver within 24 hours of starting with us, at day 7 and again every 30 days moving forward. This allows us to monitor your satisfaction and respond to any changes in your needs as care continues.
