In the center of Thief River Falls, we are less than an hour from Grand Forks and offer beautiful weather and two rivers that run right through town. We offer one or two-bedroom apartments, home-cooked meals (yes, no frozen entrees here), daily activities, exercise, chapel service, and cable TV in every bedroom. Our Memory Care Unit specializes in a wide variety of dementia patients, and our caring staff is here to support your family 24/hours a day.

We work with private insurance, private pay, and social services through the state (Medical Waivers and Group Residential Housing Vouchers). We would love to provide you with further information, pictures, and a tour if so desired.
