Our tour of the facility was positive, and when we needed a place unexpectedly, there was room available. I would recommend. I wish I could afford to live in an Atria facility.

I would say the building inside and the outside of the building are very clean and gives you a feeling of relaxation. As well the staff are very friendly and look after you very well. The meals are excellent. The community for the most part are very friendly and inclusive.The reason I picked this place was it was very beautiful building and surroundings were beautiful. Staff were very friendly the meals we had there before we moved in were very good. Excellent services and amenities. My Aunt is also only 2 blocks away from her doctor appointments. They also provide Van transportation to appointments shopping trips etc.

I would rate everything at 5. I found the staff at Victoria Park to be very friendly and accommodating. My husband was very happy there. Based on the experience we have had so far with Victoria Park, we would definitely recommend them to other families.

Good place to live
All of the staff at Victoria Park are very willing to help.
If you go take a tour with them, you will get a free lunch and be able to try the food.
It is a good place to live.

Recommended
My loved one is a resident at Victoria Park. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends. However, the cost is outrageous for seniors and the food is not as good or as healthy as it could be.

Worry free retirement living.
Victoria Park is a wonderful community. Their welcome package and orientation process help newcomers settle in, and everyone there is very friendly. We felt at home and comfortable from the day we moved Dad in. The staff are friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. The facility is about to get a needed renovation, which will add to its appeal.

Fantastic
My Mother who is 85 moved into Victoria Park at the end of Oct she loves her studio suite the meals are fantastic she has celiac disease and the Chefs are very willing to work with her diet. They put on a welcoming meal for Mom and family last Sunday set a beautiful table and made her feel very special the Staff address every one by there first name and treat the residents like family as her daughter I see that she feels happy and well cared for awesome

Victoria Park is a beautiful peaceful home for my mom. The day after the big move she said "I feel like I have been here for years". Very comforting to say the least.
The staff is not only accommodating but very pleasant to talk to and eager to help out at any time. Meals are great and plentiful.

Finally, the right home for Mom!
My 92-year-old mother knows what she likes! She likes Victoria Park!
We had tried 3 seniors homes before Victoria Park. I spent more time being a mediator between mom and the care homes than anything else. I was beginning think it would be less time-consuming to bring her home to live with us. But as that was not an option we decided to try one more place. I had a good feeling about the move and the feeling proved right.
My mother is happy! She is relaxed and has made some very nice friends. This in itself is amazing as she tends to be content to be alone and mostly enjoys her own company. She even has complimentary things to say about the entertainment that is brought in for the residents.
Her studio is bright, the sunshine pours in several windows. She loves the food and atmosphere in the dining room. (Previously, she had lived on Ensure as she disliked the way the meals were prepared.) For her. I think the eating experience at Victoria Park was the drawing card.
Now, when we get together, it’s to do fun things like going out to the museum or a family event or a play instead of bringing food to her and seeing her unhappy.
Thank you, Victoria Park, for your friendly, professional staff and the ability and dedication to making this time of my mother’s life easy and enjoyable.

Still A Work In Progress For Us In This Community
My mother is still taking some time to adjust with her move to this community. For the most part I do feel comfortable with her move to this community. However there is some room for improvement in some areas around this facility. When we first toured the community, the suite we were shown was nice. They informed us that all the suite looked the same, but they do not. Her current room does not have the features that she needs. Also they have their private home care agency they work with, I was not informed of this. I have been informed by (free) government home care, they will NOT come in. They do serve good meals, and everyone is very kind, and friendly. It is still a work in progress for us in this community overall but management and me are working on this.
As for my rating on activities, I continuously see their private bus available to all the community at the door ready to load! Unfortunately, I know my mother will not partake in any of this but other residents I have spoken with are very active with the program.

Bright and Cheerful
We chose the Victoria Park because it was a bright and cheerful building. It also helped that we knew one of the other residents that also lived there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the staff already knows our names when they greet us. My mum really likes the meals they serve. They offer activities for the residents to engage in. There are benches placed around the community for the residents to sit outside and walkways to enjoy the beautifully well-kept landscaped grounds.

We are happy with this community
I have not heard anything negative about this community. The staff are really nice and helpful. The community is clean and it is a nice environment. The grounds are well taken care of. They have a full dining room and the food is good. I would recommend this community.

Content with the care!!
I have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff are polite and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities with the other residents. Overall its been a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.
