Very reliable and all the aides were professional and knowledgeable.They gave my husband very compassionate care in his final days.They also helped me in many ways,pitching in with laundry, And dishes. I would highly recommend them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. The Senior Helper working with my parents has become a lifeline for them allowing them to access the community with help. She has taken them to the post office for stamps, grocery shopping, goes along to pick up drugs at the drugstore with them, as well as helping with chores around the house. I feel like she has become like part of the family.

They are pretty good in getting the information regarding old homes and setting up appointments. Thier follow was excellent too. They very good in providing lots of listings for senior living places of all types.

They were responsive to our needs and on the days we requested. Will use again! Very helpful! Cooked and did some light cleaning too. They will drive you to the Dr or go golfing w you, run errands also.

The staff at Home Instead in Charleston were kind, patient, caring and understanding with my Mom as she made a challenging choice in her life. She LOVES her companion, the relationship has made a huge difference in her life. Thanks, Home Instead!!

My experience with everyone at the company was positive. They tailored my care to my current situation and treated me professionally, efficiently and kindly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

Overall there have been a few contractual issues resolved. The staff never leave a mess, it is always presentable. Early caregivers were not as customer oriented as some. We gave the care services a 5 based on what I wanted. Based on the experience we have had with Senior Helpers, we would recommend their services to other families.

Working with Vikki and everyone at Ezra Homecare has been an amazing experience. They stepped up in an emergency situation and had 24/7 care in place in a very short timeframe. As an elder law attorney myself I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my colleagues, friends, and clients.

I wouldn't go to any other agency Ally Independence gave my mom quality care from the CNA's that came to assist her they were all kind compassionate, caring, respectful I've called them once again after my sister passed away to come and sit with my mom, when ever we'll need help we will call [name removed] at Ally Independence we are glad that God put them in our lives and for that I am grateful

I have been very pleased with Ellen’s Care Group . They give very good service. The caregivers and management are attentive and professional and knows his job, I am very happy and satisfied with the services and I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need to elder caregiving and services.

I have only positive things to say about Seniors Helping Seniors. From the start, when I spoke to [name removed] over the phone and then [name removed], I felt liked they both had real compassion and care and really desired what was best for my mom. [name removed] took a lot of time with me over the phone and answered so many questions. I live in South Carolina, so I was trying to arrange things from afar. Eventually, after I was in Maryland last February, they arranged for my mom to have a caregiver coming to her house 3 days a week and all seemed to be going very well overall. My mom, who has dementia, even seemed to recognize her caregiver after awhile and let her know how much she enjoyed talking to her. However, after 2-3 months had gone by, my mom still refused to perform ADLs like a sponge bath, change clothes, brush teeth, etc. We had a meeting at my mom's house with my two brothers there and me on speaker phone with [name removed] and the caregiver. Basically, [name removed] let my mom know in a very gracious, delicate, and professional way the risks of not bathing and that the caregiver could not keep coming unless she bathed or allowed someone to assist her. My mom got very angry and yelled at them to get out of the house and leave - along with saying other very unkind words. So sadly, we are no longer receiving their services. We are back to square one. My mom needs help but refuses it. This has been going on for years and years.

I highly recommend New Horizons In-Home Care of Roseburg. They responded quickly and professionally helping my mother with her across the country relocation when she had no one else nearby. The communication was excellent and the staff were as well. She is now in assisted living and reluctantly parted with New Horizons, the relationship was so good. I really could not have done it without them. They were a lifesaver. Mom is not easy and I'm three thousand miles away.

All 5s. Can't say enough good things about them. I love that it's a family business. We can always reach someone by phone or text. The helpers/caregivers have been wonderful. Autopay billing. Billing and schedule info available online.

We only used them for a very short time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. They tried to do activities with our loved one but she chose not to participate. We would recommend this home care service to other families who may need them for their loved ones.

Extremely happy with Mom's aide, [name removed], does ALOTin the 4 hrs she has with mom, communication is good with Agency to Laura - she has stayed longer when needed to take care of Moms needs, Mom is very happy to have her when she is there. I would recommend to others.
