We use home care services through Synergy HomeCare of East Haven for my loved one. Our caregiver is excellent, attentive and resourceful. The fees seem steep, but everything else is great. I recommend that others look into them if searching for home care services.

The caregivers do whatever you have requested done with your loved one like set up paints or crafts, sing with them, look at albums, listen to music, go out to the yard, and they always tidy up. They keep good records of what happened and what's going on. They can text and or call and fill you in on needs or things not right at the retirement home. Some can FaceTime so you get to see your loved one and have a conversation. It was a good experience.

We use home care services through Home Instead Arlington for my loved one. The team is great to work with, from an administrative standpoint as well as the caregivers compassionate delivery of their services. They became members of our family. I would recommend Home Instead Arlington home care services to others.

The team of caregivers and staff has been great to my mother and I. They're very caring and understanding. We received in home care. We haven't had the opportunity to go to the facility. But if they're as good as they were in our home with my mother I can only imagine how good their facility must be.

Everybody at Mekka home care is very welcoming, warm, and courteous. Makes me feel very comfortable having my loved one taken care of by that staff. I recommend them to anyone seeking home care for a loved one.

People are competent but have some restrictive rules - for newcomers, some are hoops to have to jump through. I would recommend them.

First, let me say, the office staff is amazing! We’ve tried other home care companies and if we needed to reach someone in the office we always had to leave a voicemail. Every time we call the office we’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. We especially appreciate [name removed], she’s so kind and sweet.

Complete Homecare provides a home health aide for me through the VA in Asheville. I knew it would be tough to find someone for me since I live in BFE Nowhere! [name removed] came out to my house and was wonderful. She listened to my needs, made sure she had all the information she needed, was professional and made me much more at ease about getting a home health aide. It took several tries to find the right person, but let me tell you, they got it right! [names removed] have been extremely helpful and patient. They have stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even just to check in with me and let me know that they were still working on it. Katie took my case on personally and didn’t stop until she found the right person. My health is going to continue to deteriorate and become more complicated. I’m going to need my home health aide more and more. Knowing that I have [names removed] and the rest of the crew at Complete Homecare looking out for me puts my mind at ease. Thanks!

This was the best decision I could have ever made for my mom. [name removed] interviewed with us and I liked him right away. He listened and when he placed a caregiver in the home, it was exactly what we had talked about. Marissa has done a wonderful job of uplifting my mom‘s spirits and giving her everything she needs, five days a week in four hour. This is a blessing for us and I and I give a lot of thanks.

So far experience has been good. They have aides that know how to deal with patients with dementia and they know the least amount of change is the best. Have been easy to work with. Rates are reasonable.

Limited choices this one is decent -Yes I would recommend them.

The caregiver was excellent and was truly a blessing for my dad. She was very caring and was a great addition to Hospice. She made recommendations for things that were of great benefit to us. We were very fortunate to have found your company.

Their hourly costs and requirements for minimum hours per shift resulted in a huge total cost over several months. I understand their need for paying help and acceptable hourly rate however the daily activities of the in home care requirements were at times minimal for the hours of required scheduled times and cost charged. Overall Home Instead did a wonderful job taking care of my elderly mom.

Friendly, helpful, patience, easy to work with. My mom changed her mind several times about the time for the person to come help her. They worked with us. Their rates are reasonable and we will use them in the future, when mom wants or needs help.

The BrightCare on the Northshore/Mandeville is amazing. We have had several private caregiver and they wouldn't show up. We found BrightCare and they have been absolute amazing to work with since my grandmother starting living with my mom. I just love these girls! They care so much and we loving having them in our home to help my Grandmother who is on hospice. I can't say enough good things about these people. Love this company! [name removed] is GREAT!

Halo was very good at listening to our meets and found a very good match that provided the support we required. I appreciated their careful understanding and ability to work with us. I can confidently recommend them.

We have been very happy with our experience with Synergy. They are very attentive and keep you informed of what is going on. They are prompt in their responses if we have had any questions. Would highly recommend.

The caregivers they send are very kind. They bathe my wife and offer companionship. They are very attentive to her needs. One of the caregivers even makes me coffee in the morning. I appreciate that the caregivers are always willing to help.

The staff went above and beyond. The caregivers, Dora and Keyder, were exceptional and knowledgeable. My wife was the one that always spoke with the owners and she said they were always accommodating and professional to work with.
