Another wonderful community that genuinely looks out for our senior population. Only respect and dignity are shown to the residents by the staff. For their residents, they show a lot of love and compassion. My parents also currently reside in[removed], one of many communities I have visited. I highly recommend both of these communities. Your dear ones are in capable hands.

It's a very nice place, Bentley Manor by Serenity Care Health. When I went to see a friend I'd met years earlier, I became aware of it. I was impressed by how well-kept it is and how welcoming the staff is. Everyone there is accommodating, and I can tell that my friend is content. She urged my parents to transfer there as well, but [removed] is closer to us so we decided against it.

The food seems to be alright. The value for the money is okay. I picked this place because, it seems to be a clean, nice, and comfortable place.

My family member was a reluctant resident at Henrietta's Leven Oaks. Despite all the challenges of having to care for him, the staff at Henrietta's did so every day with care, humor and a great spirit. They bent over backwards to accommodate him as much as was reasonable for his health and safety. [name removed], the administrator took special care to keep us apprised of what was happening and was responsive to calls and text messages.

We have nothing but good things to say about this community, they are keeping COVID under control and our loved one is very happy there. When we were able to visit the community it was clean, and the staff is very sweet and caring. The nurse there is great, she always responds back to us in a timely manner and the administration is fantastic.

[name removed] gave us a wonderful tour following COVID-19 guidelines. All of our questions were answered sufficiently. He made us feel that we were the most important family at the facility. What is great about Henrietta’s Leven Oaks is the current visiting rules: outside with masks and social distancing. The facility is clean and we were even able to see the room my mom would occupy via Skype. The care of the resident resonated throughout our tour. Good “stuff!!”

We were happy with the care that my mom received from this community. We found the staff to be very caring and helpful to my mom's needs. The community was clean and we happy with the menu. They had activities for her to participate. We would recommend the care for others from his nice community.

I went to visit my loved one just last night and I though it was a very nice place. I was impressed with how clean they maintain it and how friendly all of the staff are. Everyone is accommodating there and I feel that she is very happy.

There really needs to have option for ratting this place on a scale up to 10 !! That's the care level my parents and family members have received over the last few years . Our family knows 1st hand after pulling them out of a 5 star facility because of the cold in personal environment they were subjected to. We were told because of the disease (Alzheimer's),no matter where they would stay they would never be happy ! Well....From the moment my 93 year old mother and 95 year old dad walked in to the beautiful Richman Gardens , they began calling it their home !!Every body , and I mean everybody there has the training in memory care to provide the very best care possible with a (like my own family ) culture .. The 24 hr care is exceptional . In January my mother succumbed to the ravages of Alzheimer's.. their staff were there tending to her and my father's every need through the moment she drew her last breath . Now as Alzheimer's does it damage to my father , , they continue to care and comfort him as he adjusts to the remaining years with out his wife of 72 years . My parents have resided at Richman Gardens for 2 1/2 years and this place has been perfect for them! even thought this is a memory care facility, it feels more like a home. My parents were at another facility where they felt locked in and they hated it!..We had to move them out quick! Here at Richman Gardens they are able to walk around the Beautiful gardens and feel as though this is home. I have such a good relationship with the staff and they treat me like their own family member. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to insure my parents happiness, and this just shows me how sincere the staff is about making them feel cared for and loved. Thank you Richman Gardens!

The Staff is very friendly and easy to work. The facility is very nice, clean and well kept. The Garden area is spacious and there are many tables and chairs for family and friends to use. I was impressed with the Staff's willingness to work with Hospice and my family members outside Doctors.

My Mother has been here 2 1/2 years and I always recommend this place. The people that work here are all so caring and attentive. They call me and let me know if she even has a skin tear which she does to herself at times. [Removed] the med tech is exceptional and always gives me updates when I come to visit. She is wonderful! All of the staff have been their for a long time and I must say they are all wonderful and VERY caring people. We feel very fortunate to have found this place. We like the smallness, the beautiful gardens, and it's not "warehouse like" as my dad says. The food is exceptional from a cook they have had for I believe 20 years who makes it all from scratch. I feel very good about having my mom here and I want to also mention [Removed] and [Removed] who manage this place for always being there for me with anything I may want or need and for just being such nice people. I am always welcomed when I visit and so thankful for such great care. It's hard to have a parent in a home, but this is most definitely the place if you need one for memory care. They always have activities going on from bingo, memory games, gardening, music, bible study, sing- alongs and a lot more. They have family day once a month with food and music for everyone to enjoy! I highly recommend Richman Gardens for the great care your loved one will receive from all the VERY caring people who work there, you will not be disappointed.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, organized activities for the resident, good food and excellent service, spacious seating area outside in the courtyard, staff is caring and interacts with resident on a personal bases. Director and staff nurse are excellent communicators, and well trained in caring for the resident.

It has been a good experience of us here at this community. Everyone has been really helpful and kind to us. This is a really nice community and it looks great and very clean. The staff is very kind and always there when we need some help. Things are going well for my mother here. I do feel they are caring for my mother very well here.

I have only good things to say about Richman Gardens...my mother was at Richman for over 3 years and she always felt safe there which was a big thing for her and us. My mom was suffering from COPD, heart problems and at the last stage of her life dementia and cancer. She passed away at the age of 88 and we felt she was always taken care of very well. The staff would always call me if there was any problems that came up. Richman only has 26 beds but we loved her at a smaller place where she knew everyone. A beautiful small park is located right across the street where you can roll the wheelchair and sit in the sun or under a shade tree. The kitchen is a little small but besides that I have nothing but good to say. Linda W.

We found Bentley Manor to be a clean, safe, secure home for our father. The staff is friendly, dedicated and very caring. Mona, the manager, has not only given my father individual attention but has helped our family adjust also. We have received so much more than we expected. We are very pleased with Bentley Manor and thankful we found this home.
