I don't think the speed of assistance is better any place else but for the money being spent I think they could do better. And they don't have enough staff - although that's not their fault. So so some of the non-medical staff can be rude and unpleasant. And response time to call buttons can be slow But the cost is reasonable, and the medical and care services are excellent otherwise. They do a good job monitoring my loved one's condition and transporting her to doctor appointments.
