But if you need a lot of care this might not be the best place. There were only 2 people at night per floor to help with bathroom duty and patients suffered. Dining is rigid and patients spent 2 hours in the dining room for each meal. But what staff they did have was very nice as were the rooms. She was dressed and clean every morning, interacting with her new friends and the care givers were spectacular. The memory care area and the care givers interact with each person and they take the time to learn about them. My Mom is very happy and so, therefore, so am I.
