I have to say that it has been an amazing experience. [name removed] and her caregivers have provided care for my dad for 2 years. All of the caregivers were great. Of course we had our favorites but they were are AMAZING! While this is bitter sweet we will miss them. From the beginning to the end [name removed] has been there for us. If it was questions, concerns or just needing the support, it didn't matter she was there. We know no one is perfect and every company has their flaws but I can honestly say they did their best and it was a breath of fresh air.. Thank you [name removed] & thank your team as well.

Top of the line home care agency! Very attentive, always on time, they really do go above and beyond to do something extra! I am truly grateful for this home care. The staff, CNAs, and administrators are all kind, respectful, polite, trustworthy, and reliable. This facility and the whole team are highly recommended! The staff has great respect for everyone, for clients and CNAs. The staff are carefully screened before they get on- board with clients.

Assisting Hands was a pleasure to work with. [name removed] and [name removed] met with me when my husband was admitted into rehab. I was looking for someone to keep an eye on him overnight. They were both very compassionate, caring and helpful. They were able to find someone to help me that very night and they returned that evening with the caretaker when I was leaving to go over instructions and made sure I felt comfortable with what was going on. [name removed], the caretaker, was absolutely wonderful. He came many nights after that to watch my husband. He took thorough notes so I knew almost every move my husband made overnight. They all made me feel more comfortable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a loved one.

This agency is very professional and amazing they are a lifesaver. We had the hardest time finding a caregiver from other agencies. When I did some more research and found Majorie’s House the owner was so caring she came and gave care to my sister for and hour until the caregiver arrived. I highly recommended this company very, very professional.

I needed services for my dad who recently was diagnosed with Dementia. We needed services right away and they came and delivered. My dad needs help with housekeeping, bringing him to doctor appointments, and running errands for him. I'm grateful for their help. Will definitely recommend.

[name removed] & her helpers couldn't have been more compassionate or caring for my mom. They were willing to do anything to make her happy & comfortable. I would definitely call them back if the need ever arose. However, Mom is now in assisted living. Communication was wonderful, always knew who was coming & when. I was searching everywhere and calling several agencies without any success. That is until I found Friends for Life. From the first call I was told not to worry and they would find someone to help care for my father. And they did! We had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] who was fantastic and we now have Elizabeth who is just as wonderful. My Mom has had a series of falls recently due to her Parkinson's. Her most recent fall resulted in a fractured vertebra, and she was in need of care after being released from the hospital. [name removed] responded right away, and he and [name removed] came to visit with us in the hospital so my mom could be present for the discussion on her care. The caregivers who have come to help have all been great and attentive to my mom and her needs. [name removed] is easy to work with and is always willing to accommodate any schedule changes we might have. He has quickly become a friend to our family. We are very grateful to have the ACASA Team in our home.

I have had the most amazing experience with ACASA! My mother in law underwent a hip replacement after taking a fall back in October of last year and knew she would be needing more help/supervision at home so we decided to explore caregiving companies. Long story short, we went with ACASA Senior care and we are so glad we did! They treated us like family, answered ALL of our questions, and matched a caregiver to my mother in law. She loves her! Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends if they are ever in need of a caregiver.

We have a care giver from Alternative Living Residences and she is pleasant, dependable and attentive to our mother. She is easy to interact with and the company is very responsive. I would recommend this company.
