There were a couple small glitches getting started, but all came together and is working very well. My mother likes the two staff members who have come to help her. Having Synergy Care has help us put off placing mom in an assisted living facility for a while.

SYNERGY Home care is one of the very few companies I have encountered that really stands by the values it boasts. The company as a whole cares so much about every single client no matter how few the hours, every CNA no matter how many years of experience .

I was very impressed. A home eval was done. I was able to meet and interview the Aide before my Mom met her. The Aide took very good care of my Mom and her home was kept clean and tidy. The Aide was there 4 hrs/5 days a week. An associate came out to interview my Mom to assure that everything met with her approval and that she was satisfied with her care. The Aide kept me updated and had my Mom ready for all appointments when I arrived. I highly recommend this agency.

Very satisfied with the care provided to my Mom. My Mom is well cared for. The house is clean and tidy. Aides are friendly and knowledgeable. They make me aware of any issues and of supplies needed. My Mom has improved mentally and physically under their care. The office follows up on satisfaction and schedules periodic home visits to check with the client. I would highly recommend this agency.

Synergy Home Care was very helpful in providing a solution when my aunt was released from rehabilitation and required someone with her in her home. They coordinated everything, as well as an assessment to ensure that the best caregivers were placed. I found the key contacts at Synergy's office to be genuine and always helpful.

[Name removed] (GM of Synergy) and Sylvia (In Home Care provider for my father) are consummate professionals. Our interactions with them have been superb; [Name removed] and [Name removed] always reply promptly to any and all questions we have. [Name removed] provides exceptional care to my elderly father. She is proactive, always demonstrates initiative and communicates critical suggestions to us (my dad's son and daughter) so we can approve improvements she will execute weekly for my father's quality of life.

Synergy is a wonderful and compassionate company. Synergy was caring for my 92 year old mother before she passed away. When I went to my mother's house the nurse's aide was leaving and getting her lunch out of the refrigerator. I asked her why she did not eat and she said my mother was nauseated during the day and she did not want to eat in front of my mother. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their employee's. They will treat your loved one like their own family.

Synergy has been a great help in caring for our mom! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that her care is top notch and that she is happy, satisfied and healthy. During the massive hurricane in Sept 2017 they made sure our mom was evacuated to a safe location that the company arranged with a qualified 24 hour care person. When it was possible to get a flight out, the owner made sure she got on the plane to her destination and then even arranged for her to get home when her house was repaired! Synergy staff are in constant communication with us to update us and to consult about any issues that come up. We are extremely great full for all they have done for our mom.

I love the caregiver that comes out to help my husband and he is great and companionate. He goes way beyond what he needs to do. He is always 10 min early and that's nice. He is well trained. He will do some light housekeeping and some cooking for us. He checks my husbands blood sugar and gets his breakfast. He also helps him shower. I would recommend this agency.

This agency is great they sent out multiple caregivers and they were all on time for the interviews. Very professional and kind to my dad. They at this point will help him run errands and being a companion. They will do some light housekeeping. I would highly recommend this agency.
